Return Policy  of Aromary Enterprises Pvt Ltd

We thank you for your purchase with Aromary. We hope that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase and our products. However, if you are not profoundly happy with your purchase, you have the choice to return the product. We accept refunds and exchanges.

 

Returns

Our return policy is for a period of 7 days. You have to return the products you have purchased from us within a period of 7 days. Kindly remember that all items need to be returned in a new and unused condition. All the original labels, tags and purchase receipts have to be kept while your return. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot cannot offer you a refund. Aslo, the products will not be taken back if they are damaged.

 

Hence kindly avoid sending the product back if:

  1. The product or the container is broken, spilled, or partially used
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  3. Any item that is returned after 7 days of delivery

 

Exchanges

We offer facilities for  exchanges if an only if We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@aromary.co and send your item to:  Aromary Enterprises Pvt Ltd,  Kakkanad, Cochin, Kerala, PIN: 682037, India.

 

Sale items

At Aromary, we offer refunds even to the sale items.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return at our facility, an inspection and assessment of the claim with respect to the condition of the product will be done. Once the evaluation is done,  you will be notified with an email once we received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your claim for refund is approved or rejected. Your refund will be processed once your claim is approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and unfortunately, they will find out about your return.

 

Late or missing refunds

Incase of a late or delayed refund, kindly ensure that you have checked your bank account before contacting us again. Sometimes it is the delay in processing from the bank which is

creating the trouble. Also, making sure that your credit card company has processed the payment will save some time too as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@aromary.co

 

Return Process and Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Aromary Enterprises Pvt Ltd, Kakkanad Cochin, Kerala, 682037, India.

While returning the items, it is to be noted that you are responsible for paying the shipping charges by yourself and it will not be refunded at any point.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending up on the shipping services you have chosen, the items may take different durations of time and we will not be responsible for the items you  have lost while shipping to us for a return. In that case you will not be eligible for a refund.
